The Landing at Cedar Valley

OUR STORY

The Landing at Cedar Valley is Logan County's newest development, positioned just south of the original Cedar Valley Golf Course. The property has an amazing history featuring a privately-owned grass landing strip officially known as Hawks Haven Airport. The neighborhood has adopted the tradition with street names, including Hawks Haven and Landing Strip, and restoring the hangar to a future hangout for locals. Huckleberry Way got its name from the builder's Buckskin quarterhorse that scouted the landscape during the project's planning phases. Amazingly, the southernmost road, Skyline Way, offers a view of buildings in Downtown OKC. The Landing is only a golf cart drive to the course and its amenities, but entirely a country feel with lots up to 2 acres. Residential golf memberships are offered exclusively to those living in Cedar Valley or The Landing neighborhoods. Access is also a winning feature in that we're located 1/2 mile from Highway 74 and only 15-20 minutes to NW OKC.
