About Three Tree Homes
The Cedar Valley area is quickly becoming the place to be on the NW side of the OKC metro. Beautiful golf courses, plenty of elbow room, and quick access to the bigger cities has this community on the grow. Real estate veteran and Cedar Valley native, Bo Martin, recognized the need to pave the way to new homes in the area and in 2018, Three Tree Homes was born. Since that time, beautiful homes have filled in the gaps on the Augusta and International 18’s at Cedar Valley. In the Fall of 2021, Three Tree broke ground on an ambitious new development connected to the original Cedar Valley offering acreage lots with the capability for barns and more of a “country feel”. The Landing at Cedar Valley has 99 home sites with 4 selected builders to meet the growing demand.
