Step 1

Consultation

The first step in our process is to meet with you in-person to discuss your ideas and understand your needs. This is the time to bring your photos, floorplans, Pinterest boards and any other wish list ideas you want to incorporate into your dream home. We’ll be offering our own ideas as well as addressing any questions or concerns you may have. Let’s take this opportunity to get to know each other, discuss pricing, and determine if we’re the right for you!

Step 2

Home Site Selection

Three Tree Homes knows that the location and positioning of your home is just as important has the beautiful finishes. Large acreage? Low maintenance? Woods? Open space? Golf course? During the consultation stage, we'll learn everything we can that might help us , help you select the perfect lot for your build.

Step 3

Communication

Once you’ve decided to move forward with us, we want to make sure you’re in the loop every step of the way. Three Tree Homes is on site daily making it easy to provide updates, pictures, or meet for regular meetings.

Step 4

Finishing up

As we get close to finishing up the project, we’ll meet with you once more to address any questions or concerns you may have. At this time we’ll discuss our warranty process in the case that any issues arise with your home after we leave. By now you’ll be ready to move into your dream home and begin making memories.
