Three Tree Homes proudly builds in the Cedar Valley Golf Course community. Three Tree co-founder, Bo Martin, is a member of the family that built and currently owns and operates the facility. One of the only family-owned golf courses around, Cedar Valley and Cimarron National feature 72 holes of great golf with multiple restaurants, bars, and practice facilities all open to the public. Homes begin at 1800 square feet in select areas, most require 2000 or more. All remaining lots back to a hole on the golf course with wonderful scenery and panoramic views!
